About Corrado's
In the 1960’s, Jimmy, together with his wife, Margie and children, Peter, Joey, Jerry, and Patty, sold products such as fresh produce, flowers, and California juice grapes. By the 1970’s, Jimmy added cheese, eggs, and cold cuts to his inventory. The continued success and expansion of the business, combined with the endless dedication of the family, made the 1975 opening of the new Clifton store, Corrado’s Family Affair, possible. This new establishment would offer the widest variety of fresh produce, homemade pastas, fresh meats, and imported cheeses in the area.
Because of Jimmy’s vision and drive, Corrado’s Family Affair was more than just a supermarket. Corrado’s had evolved, not only into a place where customers could find the highest-quality products at remarkable prices, but also into many generations of a strong family unit, working together for the good of the business, the customers, and of each other. Even today, almost eighty years after it all began, the Corrado family continues to develop and achieve new heights, as they are constantly introducing new products and features to the store. |

And now, with its fourth generation pulling rank, Corrado’s Family Affair remains Jimmy’s legacy and continues to run strongly on his memory. |
