Yogurt and Fresh Fruit Parfait

This is a great breakfast or anytime snack and your kids will love it. You can also take the ingredients and throw them into a blender to make a great smoothie if you are on the go.


2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups of your favorite granola, cereal or nut mixture
2 cups of your favorite fresh RIPE fruit (strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, bananas, raspberries, peaches etc.)
4 tbsp honey


Prepare 4 cups you would normally use for ice cream. Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each glass. Then add two tbsp of fruit, and then 2 tbsp of granola or other nut mixture. Drizzle with 4 tbsp of honey and then repeat the process. Top off with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey. Chill for about an hour then enjoy.
